摘要
近年来,中国已经超过美国成为世界上申请专利数量最多的国家。其主要贡献者是新型科技企业以及各大高校。中山大学新华学院的专利数量也在大时代下增长。但是,一味追求高数量对专利质量会产生一些列连带问题,如专利流失,管理匮乏等。本文旨在通过对专利申请和数量的分析,运用管理知识,从信息化知识产权管理、专业人才队伍建设等方向提出方案。
In recent years,China has surpassed the United States to become the country with the largest number of patent applications in the world.Its main contributors are new technology companies and major universities.The number of patents of Xinhua College of Sun Yat-sen University is also increasing in this era.However,blindly pursuing high quantities will have a series of associated problems with patent quality,such as loss of patents and lack of management.The purpose of this article is to analyze patent applications and quantity,apply management knowledge,and propose solutions from the direction of informatization intellectual property management and professional talent team building.
