摘要
在以往核电项目中多以经验反馈法确定定期试验周期,此方法需足够的运行经验数据支持且对新设备不适用。为了用分析法确定某新建海外核电项目安全级仪控系统的初始定期试验周期,以继电器机柜系统为研究对象,采用可靠性框图法对典型功能回路进行建模,完成可靠性定量分析,最终通过对系统不可用性的试算确定初始定期试验周期。该方法为继电器机柜系统定期试验周期提供了可靠性定量分析数据的支撑,也为其他系统的定期试验周期分析提供了参考。另外,在此基础上分析了共因失效对继电器机柜系统的不可用性和定期试验周期的影响,分析结果表明:共因失效会增大系统的不可用性,若影响足够大,需缩短定期试验周期。
Periodic test interval was usually determined with experience feedback method in nuclear power projects,but this method requires enough operating experience data and isn’t applicable to new equipment.In order to determine safety instrument and control system’s initial periodic test interval analytically in a new-built overseas nuclear power plant,the paper applied relay cabinet system to the research,modeled the typical functional loop with reliability block diagram,and performed reliability quantitative analysis,finally relay cabinet system’s initial periodic test interval was confirmed by system unavailability trials.This study provided reliability quantitative analysis data support for the periodic test interval of relay cabinet system and a reference for other systems.Besides,the effect of common cause failure on relay cabinet system’s unavailability and initial periodic test interval was studied,which showed that common cause failure increases system unavailability,and the periodic test interval should be shorten if the effect is big enough.
