猪场废水厌氧消化液好氧处理最适pH值的研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章采用序批式活性污泥反应器(SBR),进行了pH值及加碱量对猪场废水厌氧消化液好氧处理影响实验,并分析了实际工程中设施建造投资和运行中加碱的成本。实验结果表明,初始pH值在6.0~7.0范围,pH值每上升0.5个单位,氨氧化速率提高约1倍。pH值从6.0增加到7.5,氨氧化速率提高接近3倍。加碱量从0.4增加到1 g·L^(-1)NaOH,出水pH值从5.82增加到7.95,氨氮去除率从75.5%增加到95.6%,对COD的去除也有一定提升,对总磷的去除没有影响。综合考虑工程建设投资和加碱费用,对于氨氮浓度400 mg·L^(-1)的猪场废水厌氧消化液,好氧后处理阶段添加0.4 kg·m^(-3)的NaOH,使初始pH值提升至7时,综合费用最低。 A test using sequencing batch reactor(SBR)was conducted to study the influence of pH and alkali addition on the aerobic post-treatment of digested effluent of swine wastewater.The construction investment of the facilities and the cost of alkali addition in actual engineering were also analyzed.The results showed that the initial pH were in the range of 6.0~7.0,for every 0.5 pH unit increase,it could double the ammonia oxidation rate.When the pH increased from 6.0 to 7.5,the ammonia oxidation rate increased nearly 3 times.When the amount of alkali addition increased from 0.4 to 1 g·L^(-1) NaOH,the effluent pH increased from 5.82 to 7.95,and the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen increased from 75.5%to 95.6%.However,the COD removal were not greatly improved,and it had no effect on the removal of total phosphorus.Regarding the construction investment and the cost of adding alkali,for the pig manure digested wastewater with ammonia concentration of 400 mg·L^(-1),adopting NaOH addition amount of 0.4 kg·m^(-3) in aerobic post-treatment,the initial pH value might be increased to 7,and the comprehensive cost was the lowest.
