摘要
档案馆服务创新一直是档案领域研究关注的重点。本文以服务创新四维度模型为理论基础,从新档案服务概念、用户交互界面、组织管理和技术选择四个维度构建了档案馆服务创新模型,提出了档案馆服务创新四维度模型的影响因素,并探索了档案馆服务创新路径。
The service innovation of archives has always been the focus of research in the field of archives.Based on the four-dimensional model of service innovation,this paper constructs the innovation model of archives service from four dimensions,namely,the new archives service concept,user interaction interface,organization management and technology selection.The influence factors of the four-dimensional model of archive service innovation are put forward,and the path of archive service innovation is explored.
