摘要
目的探究临床免疫实验室医院感染危险因素及控制措施。方法选取54806例门诊患者、38725例住院患者以及35119例健康体检者的脑脊液、血液、排泄物等检验标本进行全面的汇总,分析各类传染病的分布情况及阳性率。结果经汇总分析,传染病的检测标本总计88680例,其中检测为阳性的标本有8650例,阳性检出率为9.75%。门诊患者标本检查阳性5478例,阳性率6.18%;病房患者标本检查阳性3172例,阳性率3.58%。结论临床免疫实验室医院感染危险因素较多,通过制定并采取有效的控制措施可以有效的降低和消除危险因素的影响,提高免疫实验室工作人员的自我防护意识,降低在危险环境下暴露的时间,对于降低医院感染有着重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the risk factors and control measures of hospital infection in clinical immunological laboratory.Methods The cerebrospinal fluid,blood,excrement and other test specimens of 54,806 outpatients,38,725 inpatients,and 35119 healthy physical examiners were selected for a comprehensive summary,and the distribution and positive rate of various infectious diseases were analyzed.Results After summary and analysis,a total of 88680 samples of infectious diseases were detected,of which 8650 sam ples were positive,and the positive detection rate was 9.75%.There were 5478 sam ples of outpatients who were positive,with a positive rate of 6.18%;3172 sam ples of inpatient were positive,with a positive rate of 3.58%.Conclusion There are many risk factors of nosocomial infection in clinical immunology laboratory.It is of great significance to develop and take effective control measures to effectively reduce and eliminate the influence of risk factors,improve the self-protection awareness of immunology laboratory staff,and reduce the exposure time in dangerous environment.
