摘要
面板堆石坝在施工和运行过程中,受环境温度的影响如寒潮和气温骤降等,面板混凝土会产生较大的温度应力。有必要研究气温骤降对混凝土面板温度应力的影响,并进行面板保温措施研究。建立了混凝土面板的精细三维有限元模型,采用非线性摩擦接触单元模拟面板接缝,同时考虑有无保温措施,对面板遭遇寒潮与昼夜温差过大的工况进行温度应力场有限元仿真模拟。有限元数值模拟结果表明:寒潮导致面板温度大幅降低,产生较大的温度应力,采用保温措施能一定程度降低寒潮的影响;昼夜温差过大仅对面板表面有影响,使用保温措施能基本消除其影响。基于上述模拟结果,为堆石坝混凝土面板施工期及其运行期温控防裂提出了建议。
During construction and operation of concrete faced rockfill dams, the temperature plunge could cause large temperature stress in the concrete slab.Therefore, it is crucial to investigate the temperature stress due to temperature plunge and study the thermal insulation measures of the panel.In this study, a fine three-dimensional finite element model of concrete panel is established, and the nonlinear friction contact element is used to simulate the concrete face slab joint.The temperature stress field is simulated when the concrete face slab encounters cold wave and the excessive temperature difference between day and night.The cold wave causes the temperature of concrete face slab drops dramatically, and the temperature stress rises significantly.In this case, the insulation measures can reduce influence of temperature plunge to a certain extent;the excessive temperature difference between day and night only affects the surface of concrete face slab, which can be eliminated by insulation measures.The above research provides suggestions for the crack prevention of the concrete face slab during the construction and operation of the rockfill dam.
