摘要
在腰椎间盘突出症中极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症(FLLDH)是其中的一种特殊类型,临床上较少见.椎间盘突出或脱出的位置较特殊,会产生剧烈下肢放射性疼痛,腰部后伸或侧屈时疼痛,严重影响生活质量,因此需尽早予以行之有效的治疗方式.本文就近年来对极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床表现、诊断以及手术治疗方式的研究进展进行综述,为临床诊治极外侧型腰椎间盘突出症提供参考依据.
Objective:Far lateral lumbar disc herniation(FLLDH)is a special type of lumbar disc herniation,which is rare in clinic.The special position of disc herniation or prolapse may cause severe radiological pain in the lower extremity and pain in the waist when retrally stretching or laterally bending,seriously affected the quality of life.Therefore,effective treatment should be given as soon as possible.This paper reviews on the recent researchprogressof clinical manifestations,diagnosis and surgical treatment of far lateral lumbar disc herniation,so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of far lateral lumbar disc herniation.
