摘要
本文以8片35 m预应力简支梁小箱梁桥为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件Midas Civil建立梁格模型,对比分析不同横隔板设置工况下桥梁结构的力学行为,总结横隔板道数、横隔板厚度对桥梁结构的整体性、抗裂性能及动力特性等力学性能的影响规律,并给出简支小箱梁桥合理的横隔板布置方式。结果表明:当跨中设置1道横隔板时,装配式小箱梁结构的力学性能最优。研究成果对类似工程的设计及施工具有一定的指导意义。
8 pieces of small box girder box girder with 35 m fabricated simply supported beams are taken as the research object,the finite element analysis software Midas Civil is adopted to establish the grillage model,the mechanical behavior of the bridge structure under different diaphragm settings is compared and analyzed,the influence laws of the number of diaphragms and the thickness of the diaphragms on the integrity,crack resistance and dynamic characteristics of the bridge structure are summarized,and the reasonable arrangement of the diaphragms of the simply supported small box girder bridge is given.The results show that when one piece of diaphragm is set in the midspan,the mechanical property of the prefabricated box girder structure is optimal.The result has certain guiding significance for the design and construction of similar projects.
