摘要
校友资源是高校建设和发展的重要资源。当前,高校校友资源开发与利用存在校友服务理念滞后、校友信息缺失以及校友与母校关系松散等方面问题。特别是并未真正关注到“社会网络结构”的特殊潜在作用,忽视了在时代变革下社会网络结构相互联结、共同开发的重要性。基于此,立足结构洞理论,重点从结构认知、结构联结和结构竞争三个理论维度深入研究社会网络结构的独特性以及在校友资源开发与利用中的优势,试图在信息通路、关系网络和竞争方式三个方面开发和利用校友资源,以期构筑资源完善的校友网络生态系统,实现校友资源精准对接、优化整合和协同互补,开创高校校友工作新局面。
Alumni resources play an important role in the construction and development of colleges and universities. At present, there still exists some problems in the development and utilization of alumni resources, such as the backward alumni service concept, the lack of alumni information and the loose relationship between alumni and their alma mater. In particular, it does not really pay attention to the special potential role of "social network structure", and ignores the importance of mutual connection and joint development of social network structure under changes of times. Based on the Structual Hole Theory, this paper carries out innovative research on the development and utilization of alumni resources in colleges . From three theoretical dimensions of structural cognition, structural connection and structural competition, the paper aimes to study the uniqueness of social network structure and its applicability in the development and utilization of alumni resources. The paper also studies the possibility to develop and utilize alumni resources by means of information access, relationship network and competition mode, which aims to build a perfect alumni network ecosystem and realize the precise docking, optimization, integration and coordination of alumni resources and then create a new situation of alumni work in colleges.
