摘要
新型城镇化对中小城市交通规划和发展提出更高要求。已有国内外居民出行选择研究多针对大城市或特大城市,然而中小城市在用地布局、经济水平、社会环境、出行特征等方面都与大城市存在差异.文章基于PRISMA方法筛选国内外文献,归纳中小城市的规模特点与交通问题,总结居民出行特征,梳理居民出行模式选择行为的主要影响因素研究表明,欧美中小城市主要交通问题为交通堵塞与交通污染,亚非中小城市除交通拥堵外,还存在交通设施建设水平偏低与交通管理落后等问题城市建成环境、交通发展政策、居民社会经济特征与出行态度等因素都显著影响居民出行模式选择论文可为我国中小城市交通规划政策制定提供支持。
The "New Urbanization" in China will lead to higher standards for transportation planning and development in its small and medium-sized cities. Previous research has mainly focused on transportation problems in large or mega cities;however, the land use, socioeconomic environment and travel characteristics of small and medium-sized cities are different from those of large cities. Employing the PRISMA method, this paper compares the scale and transportation problems of small and mediumsized cities in various countries. Then it analyzes the characteristics of residents’ travel behaviors and the main determinants of travel mode choices. Results indicate that the major transportation problems in small and medium-sized cities in Europe and North America are traffic jams and environmental pollution, while Asian and African cities tend to suffer from inadequate transportation infrastructure and poor traffic management in addition to congestion and pollution. Built environment, transportation policies, residents’ demographic characteristics, and travel attitudes significantly impact travel mode choices. This paper may provide insights into transportation planning of small and medium-sized cities in China.
