摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)起病隐匿,发展缓慢,并且有极高的致残率、致死率。不仅给患者的身心带来巨大伤害,而且显著增加了家庭乃至社会的负担。DPN发生发展机制是多因素作用的结果,包括糖基化终产物、氧化应激反应、炎症反应、多元醇通路、RNA调节作用以及其他如缺乏神经营养因子、血脂异常等等,笔者广泛查阅国内外有关糖尿病周围神经病变相关机制研究的文献,对研究进展进行总结分析,为临床对DPN的预防和治疗提供参考及新思路。 The onset of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)is insidious,the development is slow,and its disability and high mortality rate not only bring great harm to the patient’s body and mind,but also greatly increase the burden on the family and even the society.DPN development mechanism is the result of many factors,including glycosylation end-products,oxidative stress,inflammation,polyol pathway,RNA regulation,and other such as the lack of neurotrophic factors,dyslipidemia,and so on,the author widely at home and abroad on the mechanism of diabetic peripheral neuropathy literature,summarized research progress on the analysis,provide a reference for clinical on the prevention and treatment of DPN and new ideas.
