摘要
推动新时代社会主要矛盾的化解,前提是厘清新时代社会主要矛盾转化的过程。而要准确把握新矛盾转化过程内蕴的转化逻辑与程度这两个问题,需要以社会主要矛盾的本质作为理论依据和阐释基点。人的需要与社会生产的矛盾不仅规定或影响同一社会阶段中的其他矛盾,而且构成社会主要矛盾历史形式的共性,是社会主要矛盾的本质。以此为基点,新时代我国社会主要矛盾的转化,遵循基于社会生产状况变动而演化的规律性逻辑,并遵循"人民至上"的价值性逻辑。同时,社会生产的现状尚未达到社会主要矛盾完全质变的条件,新矛盾仍未超出人民需要与不充分的社会生产的矛盾范围,故而新矛盾是原有矛盾的阶段性质变。
In order to promote the resolution of the principal social contradiction in the new era, it is fundamental to clarify the transformation process of it. The accurate understanding of the transformation logic and degree of the new contradiction demands taking the essence of the principal social contradiction as the theoretical and interpretation basis.The contradiction between people’s needs and social production not only specifies or affects other contradictions in the same social stage, but also constitutes the commonality of the principal social contradiction in the historical form, which is the essence of the principal social contradiction.Consequently, the transformation of the principal social contradiction in the new era follows the logic according to the change of social production, and the value logic of "people first".Meanwhile, the status of social production has not yet reached the condition of complete qualitative change of the principal social contradiction.The new contradictions have not yet exceeded the scope of the contradiction between the people’s needs and inadequate social production.Therefore, the new contradictions are the phased nature of the original contradiction.
