黄粉虫对大鲵生长性能、摄食、消化和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Yellow Mealworm(Tenebrio Molitor)on Growth Performance,Feed Intake,Digestion and Antioxidant Capacity of Giant Salamander(Andrias Davidianus)

摘要 为探究黄粉虫(Tenebrio Molitor)对大鲵(Andrias davidianus)生长性能、摄食、消化和抗氧化能力的影响。分别以鱼肉、鲜黄粉虫和含15%鲜黄粉虫的饲料饲喂初始体重为(29.9±0.42)g的大鲵,分别命名为CTR组、YM组和YMF组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复8尾,养殖试验期80 d。结果显示:与CTR组相比,YM组的末均重(FBW)、增重率(WGR)和特定增长率(SGR)均显著降低(P<0.05),YMF组的WGR和蛋白质摄入量(PI)均显著降低(P<0.05),而尾均摄食量(FI)显著增加(P<0.05);YM组和YMF组的饲料系数(FCR)、肌肉粗脂肪含量显著提高(P<0.05);YMF组的肌肉胶原蛋白质含量显著提高(P<0.05);YM组和YMF组的肠道蛋白酶、脂肪酶、Na^(+)-K^(+)-ATP酶活性以及肝脏和肠道丙二醛含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲喂鲜黄粉虫可以提高大鲵机体抗氧化能力,但会抑制大鲵生长;饲料中添加15%的鲜黄粉虫可以提高大鲵摄食量,改善大鲵肌肉品质,提高机体抗氧化能力,但饲喂黄粉虫饲料会影响大鲵的消化能力,进而降低其生长性能,在饲料中添加一定量的黄粉虫是可行的。 A feeding trial of 80 days was conducted to study the response of feeding fresh fish(CTR group),fresh yellow mealworm(YM group) and compound diet containing 15% mealworm(YMF group) on growth performance,feed intake,digestion and antioxidant capacity of giant salamander(Anurias davidianus).72 giant salamanders with initial weight of(29.9±0.42) g were randomly divided into three groups with three replicates per group and 8 giant salamanders per replicate.The results showed that the final body weight,weight gain rate and specific growth rate of YM group were significantly lower than CTR group(P<0.05).Weight gain rate and protein intake of YMF group were significantly lower than CTR group(P<0.05),while feed intake was significantly higher than CTR group(P<0.05).Feed conversion ratio and crude fat content in muscles of YM group and YMF group were significantly higher than CTR group(P<0.05).The contents of collagen in muscles of YMF group was significantly higher than CTR group(P<0.05).The activities of protease,lipase and Na+-K+-ATPase in intestine of CTR group were significantly higher than YM group and YMF group(P<0.05).The contents of MDA in liver and intestine of YM group and YMF group were significantly lower than CTR group(P<0.05).The results suggested that giant salamander have a preference for mealworm and compound diet containing 15% mealworm.Feeding mealworms increase the antioxidant capacity of giant salamander,but it has an inhibitory effect on growth of giant salamander.Compound feed with 15% mealworm increase the feed intake,improve the muscle quality and enhance the antioxidant capacity of giant salamander,but it affects the digestion of the giant salamander and further reduce its growth performance.It is feasible to add a certain amount of mealworm into feed as raw material.
