摘要
目的:观察芪地化浊通络汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:收集早期糖尿病肾病患者共95例,随机分为治疗组(46例)与对照组(49例),两组均采用饮食、运动和口服替米沙坦治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服芪地化浊通络汤,观察两组治疗前后症状、体征和实验室检测指标的变化。结果:治疗组症状、体征显著改善,总有效率78.3%优于对照组61.2%,在降低尿蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血清抑光素(Cys-C)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)方面取得较好的疗效,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪地化浊通络汤能减少早期糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白排泄,延缓糖尿病肾病进展。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qidi Huazhuo Tongluo decoction on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:95 cases of collected patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(46 cases)and control group(49 cases).Both groups were treated with diet,exercise and oral telmisartan;on the basis of control group,the treatment group was treated plus with oral decoction of traditional Chinese medicine.The changes of symptoms,physical signs and laboratory examination indexes were observed in two groups before and after treatment.Results:The symptoms and physical signs of treatment group were significantly improved,and the cure rate of treatment group was better than that of control group.The treatment group had better efficacy in reducing urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum cystatin(Cys-C)and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs CRP).The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qidi Huazhuo Tongluo decoction can reduce the excretion of microalbuminuria of patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and delay the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
