摘要
目的介绍临床药师参与抗感染治疗的方式,探讨临床药师如何更好地加入临床治疗团队,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法总结临床药师参与抗感染治疗的方式,并对参与治疗的相关典型病例进行分析。结果临床药师通过参加专科查房、全院会诊、病例讨论以及对重点患者进行药学监护等方式参与抗感染治疗,在抗菌药物品种选择、特殊人群剂量调整、药物相互作用关注、药物疗效与不良反应监测等方面发挥了重要作用。结论临床药师正在通过自身理论知识的充实、实践能力的提高,成为临床治疗团队中不可或缺的一员。
Objective To introduce the ways of clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infective therapy,and discuss how clinical pharmacists can better join the clinical treatment team to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods The ways of clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infective therapy were summarized and the typical cases involved in the treatment were analyzed.Results Clinical pharmacists participate in anti-infective therapy by participating in special ward rounds,hospital consultation,case discussion and pharmaceutical care for key patients.The pharmacists play an important role in the selection of antibacterial drugs,dose adjustment for special populations,drug interaction,drug efficacy and adverse reaction monitoring.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists are becoming an indispensable member of the clinical treatment team by enriching theoretical knowledge and improving practical ability.
