档案管理是一项重要的工作,特别是医院档案管理,直接关系着医院发展过程及医院开展的医疗、科研、教学等活动形成材料文件的真实性、准确性和可靠性。而医院档案队伍的建设则是保障医院档案管理工作顺利开展的基础,建设一支高素质档案管理队伍,是提升医院档案管理水平的关键。该文通过认识加强医院档案队伍建设的重要性,了解医院档案队伍建设现状及面临的问题,提出有效的措施与途径,可为促进医院档案事业发展奠定牢固的根基,确保各级医院的长远发展。
Archives management is an important task,especially hospital archives management,which is directly related to the authenticity,accuracy and reliability of the materials and documents formed by the development process of the hospital and the medical,scientific research,and teaching activities carried out by the hospital.The construction of a hospital archives team is the basis for ensuring the smooth development of hospital archives management.Building a high-quality archives management team is the key to improving the level of hospital archives management.This article recognizes the importance of strengthening the construction of hospital archives,understands the status quo and problems of hospital archives construction,and proposes effective measures and approaches,which can lay a solid foundation for promoting the development of hospital archives and ensure the long-term development of hospitals at all levels.
