摘要
【目的/意义】对福建省福州市永泰县休闲农业资源进行评价,就永泰县发展休闲农业提供相关的可行性建议,促进永泰县地区的经济发展。【方法/过程】通过层次分析法,从资源条件、开发条件和可持续发展能力这3个方面选取12个评价指标,构建休闲农业资源评价体系,采用德尔菲法获取专家权重赋值,并利用加权评分法计算福建省永泰县休闲农业资源综合得分。【结果/结论】结果显示,当前永泰县休闲农业资源具有一定的开发潜力,但也存在一些开发限制因素,因此从合理进行资源的开发与保护、改善交通条件,提高区位优势、注重可持续发展能力等方面得出永泰县的休闲农业资源开发策略。
【Objective/Meaning】The leisure agricultural resources in Yongtai County of Fuzhou City in Fujian were evaluated in this paper,and the relevant feasible countermeasures on the development of leisure agriculture in Yongtai County were put forward,so as to promote the economic development of Yongtai County.【Methods/Procedures】Through the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),12 evaluation indicators were selected from the three aspects of resource conditions,development conditions and sustainable development capacity to construct an evaluation system of leisure agricultural resources,and the expert weight assignment was obtained by Delphi method.Then,the comprehensive score of leisure agricultural resources in Yongtai County of Fujian Province was calculated by using Weight Grade Method.【Results/Conclusions】The results showed that the leisure agricultural resources in Yongtai County had a certain development potential,but there were also some restrictive factors to their development.Therefore,the strategies for the development of leisure agricultural resources in Yongtai County were as follows:developing and protecting the resources reasonably,improving the traffic conditions,increasing the regional advantages and paying attention to the sustainable development capacity,etc.
