城际铁路环境影响评价中道路交通噪声现状评价与预测

摘要 在统计某县公路类型、规模的基础上,选择代表性区段测试高速公路、国道、省道、县道、乡道、村道交通噪声影响状况,计算了达到不同声环境功能区的控制距离要求。研究结果表明,该县境内平均道路交通噪声水平昼间、夜间均可满足《声环境质量标准》(GB 3096—2008)中4a类声环境功能区标准要求。现状条件下若要达到1类声环境功能区标准,预计达标距离最大为距离道路中心线两侧150 m以外区域,若要达到2类声环境功能区,预计达标距离最大为距离道路中心线两侧50 m以外区域。该预测计算结果可为相关的城际铁路环境影响评价提供现状基础数据,并为县规划部门合理规划道路两侧用地性质提供参考。 Based on the statistics of the type and scale of a county highway,the traffic noise impact of highway,national highway,provincial highway,county highway,township road and village road are tested in representative sections,the control distance of different sound environment function zone is calculated.The results show that the average road traffic noise level in this county can meet the requirements of Class 4 a sound environment function zone in the"Environmental quality standard for noise"(GB 3096—2008).In order to reach the standard of Class 1 sound environment function area,the maximum distance to reach the standard is 150 meters away from both sides of the road center line,and to reach class 2 sound environment function area,the maximum distance expected to reach the standard is 50 meters away from both sides of the road centerline.The results of the prediction and calculation can provide the basic data for the relevant inter-city railway environmental impact assessment and the reference for the county planning department to rationally plan the land use on both sides of the road.
