摘要
分析不同挤压形变量下额定容量为12 Ah的32131型锂离子电池的失效状态,推测电池在受到挤压外力时材料失效的顺序为:正极片、负极片和隔膜。提高正极集流体铝箔、负极集流体铜箔和隔膜的关键特性拉伸强度和延伸率,可将30%挤压形变量条件下电池的内部温升降低至80℃以内,改善电池的安全性能。
The failure state of 32131 Li-ion battery with rated capacity of 12 Ah was analyzed under different extrusion shape variables.It was speculated that the order of material failure of the battery under extrusion force was positive electrode plate,negative electrode plate and separator.Increasing the key characteristics of the tensile strength and elongation of positive collector aluminum foil,negative collector copper foil and separator,the internal temperature of the battery could reduce into 80℃under the condition of extrusion shape variable by 30%,thus the safety performance of the battery could be improved.
