摘要
针对某手机自动化布线机器人工作站工艺布局规划不合理问题,构建基于SLP-CORELAP的布局规划模型。首先,运用系统布局规划(SLP)方法对该工作站当前工艺及布局进行分析,提出问题并重新规划该工作站布局。其次,利用计算机化关系布置规划(CORELAP)算法,计算各作业单位间的密切度。结合布置规则,得到多种可行的布局方案。根据目标函数值来评价各方案,得到最优解。最后,利用Robot Studio软件,将最优方案进行虚拟仿真,实现布局规划方案的可视化。基于SLP-CORELAP的布局规划方法,使该工作站各作业单位间的密切度提高了31.14%,这对降低各类作业工作站生产成本及实现合理布局有一定的参考价值。
In view of the unreasonable process layout planning for mobile automatic wiring workstation,a layout planning model based on SLP-CORELAP was constructed.First,the current layout of the workstation was replaned to propose problems using a method of systematic layout planning(SLP).Secondly,t he algorithm of computerized relationship layout planning(CORELAP)was used to calculate the closeness among various operating units.Combining layout rules,multiple layout schemes were obtained.Each plan was evaluated to get the optimal solution according to the value of objective function.Finally,the optimal scheme was simulated to realize the visualization of the layout scheme using Robot Studio software.The method of layout planning based on SLPCORELAP was proposed to increase the closeness by 31.14%among units of the workstation.It is to have a great reference value to reduce production costs and realize reasonable layout for other types of similar workstation.
