摘要
高度近视是全世界视力障碍的主要原因之一,常伴随眼底进行性退行性变性,其病理特征为视网膜、脉络膜变性萎缩,并可引起黄斑部囊样变性、黄斑裂孔、视网膜脱离、视网膜下新生血管形成及脉络膜出血等。这些病理结构的变化可能与视网膜和脉络膜的微循环改变有关。本文旨在探讨高度近视相关的视网膜微循环改变,阐述其机理,以期为延缓高度近视的发生发展提供思路。
High myopia is one of the main causes of visual impairment all over the world.It is often accompanied by progressive degeneration of the fundus.Its pathological characteristics are atrophy of retina and choroid degeneration,and can cause cystic degeneration of macular,macular hole,retinal detachment,subretinal neovascularization and choroidal hemorrhage.These pathological changes may be related to the microcirculation of retina and choroid.The purpose of this paper is to explore the changes of retinal microcirculation in high myopia,and to elaborate its mechanism,so as to provide ideas for delaying the occurrence and development of high myopia.
