摘要
目的分析骨盆前外固定术在不稳定性骨盆骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法研究对象为本院2014年10月—2019年10月收治的65例不稳定性骨盆骨折患者,以随机数字表法随机分组,参照组32例给予传统切开复位术治疗,试验组33例给予骨盆前外固定术治疗,对比两组手术指标、Majeed评分以及并发症发生情况。结果试验组拔管、首次下床活动、骨痂形成时间均明显短于参照组,试验组术后3个月Majeed评分明显高于参照组,试验组并发症发生率(6.06%)明显低于参照组(25.00%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨盆前外固定术可有效缩短不稳定性骨盆骨折患者治疗时间,改善盆底功能,且术后并发症较少,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of anterior pelvic external fixation in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures.Methods The research objects were 65 patients with unstable pelvic fractures admitted to our hospital from October 2014 to October 2019,and they were randomly divided into groups using random number table method.32 cases in the reference group were treated with traditional open reduction and the experimental group 33 cases were treated with anterior pelvic external fixation.The surgical indexes,majeed scores and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The extubation,the first out-of-bed activity,and the formation time of the callus were significantly shorter in the experimental group than in the reference group.The majeed score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group at 3 months after surgery.The incidence of complications in the experimental group(6.06%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior pelvic external fixation can effectively shorten the treatment time of patients with unstable pelvic fractures,improve pelvic floor function,and have fewer postoperative complications,which is worth learning.
