摘要
设计一种高效的管子智能生产线工序,涉及管子整体制造流程,包括自动化线流程、人工装配线流程、小管子(DN 40以下)管子制造流程、大管子(DN 400以上)管子制造流程以及特殊材料管子制造流程。采用管子族制造法,将管子按照其各自的特点进行拆分分类制作,分流水线制作。通过管理系统整体集配,从而达到将管子精细化管理、精益化生产、高精度生产,能够将整个生产流程变得更流畅和高效。
An efficient intelligent pipe production line process is designed,which involves the whole pipe manufacturing process,including the automated line process,the manual assembly line process,the small pipe(below DN40)manufacturing process,the large pipe(above DN 400)manufacturing process and the special material pipe manufacturing process.The design adopts the method of pipe family manufacturing method,which divides and classifies the pipes according to its own characteristics to manufacture on different production lines.Through the overall integration of the management system,the refined pipe management,lean production and high precision production can be achieved,which can make the whole production process more fluent and efficient.
