摘要
研究了不同条件下油酸钠在细粒白云石表面的吸附行为,结果表明,油酸钠在白云石表面吸附量随着温度升高而增加、随着溶液pH值增加而降低;吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,吸附等温线符合Linear拟合方程;油酸钠在白云石表面的吸附属于自发的吸热过程,298 K时的ΔG为-27.62 kJ/mol,ΔH和ΔS分别为0.76 kJ/mol和95.26 J/(mol·K)。扫描电镜结果印证了油酸钠在白云石表面的吸附;表面电位测试结果表明,pH>8以后白云石表面电位值不再降低;红外光谱测试结果证实油酸钠在白云石表面的吸附为物理吸附。浮选试验结果证实油酸钠是细粒白云石的良好捕收剂,自然条件下随着温度升高和油酸钠浓度增加,白云石矿物上浮率增加。
The adsorption behavior of sodium oleate on fine dolomite under varied circumstances were studied.The results show that the adsorption capacity of sodium oleate on the dolomite surface increases with the rise in temperature while decreases with the increase in solution pH value.The adsorption process conforms to the quasi-second-order kinetic equation while the adsorption isotherm conforms to the Linear fitting equation.The adsorption of sodium oleate on dolomite surface is a spontaneous endothermic process.The thermodynamics parametersΔG(298 K),ΔH andΔS are-27.62 kJ/mol,0.76 kJ/mol and 95.26 J/(mol·K),respectively.The SEM observation result confirms that sodium oleate is adsorbed on the dolomite surface.The surface potential test shows that when pulp pH exceeds 8,there is no more decrease in the dolomite surface potential.The IR analysis confirms that the adsorption mechanism for sodium oleate on dolomite surface is physisorption.The flotation test shows that sodium oleate is a good collector for fine dolomite,and the flotation performance of dolomite increases with the rising of temperature and sodium oleate dosage under natural conditions.
