摘要
目的探析优质护理应用于糖尿病并骨折患者中的效果。方法将该院2018年2月—2019年2月接收的90例糖尿病并骨折患者作为研究对象,根据双盲法分组标准分成两组,各45例,对照组施以常规护理,观察组施以优质护理。比较两组血糖指标、并发症发生率、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与临床指标。结果观察组血糖指标、并发症发生率、VAS评分、临床指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理运用在糖尿病并骨折患者中效果显著,既能调节血糖、促进骨折愈合,又可减少并发症、减轻疼痛,适合临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing in patients with diabetes and fractures.Methods The 90 diabetic patients with fractures accepted by the hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the research objects.According to the double-blind grouping standard,they were divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received high-quality care..The blood glucose index,complication rate,pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score and clinical index were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's blood glucose index,complication rate,VAS score,and clinical index were compared with those of the control group,which were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of high-quality nursing care is effective in diabetic patients with fractures.It can not only regulate blood glucose,promote fracture healing,but also reduce complications and pain,and is suitable for clinical promotion.
