摘要
在某铝合金地铁车体边梁的机加工过程中,加工后型材立筋根部出现裂纹,经电镜扫描为疲劳断裂。为解决此问题,本文采用显式动力学方法,对铝合金采用J-C本构模型进行多工况模拟仿真计算。经过计算发现,在立式铣削的加工方式下,立筋根部承受比较大的交变应力,而当更换加工方式为卧铣时,立筋根部交变应力得到明显改善。经实际操作验证本文卧铣方案的有效性。
During the machining of the side beams of an aluminum alloy subway car body,cracks appeared at the roots of the profile studs after machining.After scanning by electron microscope,they were proved to be fatigue fracture.In order to solve this problem,by employing the J-C constitutive model,we used the explicit dynamics method to carry out the multi-condition simulative calculation for the aluminum alloy body.After calculation,it was found that under the vertical milling processing mode,the roots of vertical bars bore relatively large alternating stress,which was significantly improved when the processing mode is changed to horizontal milling.After the horizontal milling plan suggested in the paper was adopted in actual processing,no crack appeared again.
