摘要
人才培养是高校的重要任务,而思想政治教育是人才培养的生命线,能够起到对大学生引导、服务的作用。在高校教育中,要发挥思想政治教育的育人功能,充分认识思想政治教育与人才培养的内在连接,以辩证的眼光看待思想政治教育与人才培养融合的机遇与挑战,探索融合的新模式,使思想政治教育更具时效性、针对性,增强大学生人才培养水平。
Talent training is an important task for colleges,and ideological and political education is the lifeline of talent training,which can play a role in guiding and serving college students.Higher education should give full play to the educational function of ideological and political education,fully understand the internal connection between ideological and political education and personnel training,treat from a dialectical perspective the opportunities and challenges in the integration between ideological and political education and talent training,and explore a new mode of integration,so as to make the ideological and political education more timely and targeted,and to enhance the talent training level of college students.
