摘要
目的:探讨跨理论模型健康教育对糖尿病肾病患者自我护理能力的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,将住院的60例2~4期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,实验组运用跨理论模型进行健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育。比较干预前后两组患者自我护理能力的变化,结果:干预后实验组患者健康知识水平、自我护理技能和自我护理能力总分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在自我概念和自护责任感得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对2~4期糖尿病肾病患者实施跨理论模型的健康教育,有助于提高其自我护理能力及行为的改变,改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education guided by transtheoretical model on self-care ability of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:60 patients with stage 2-4 diabetic nephropathy in ourdepartment were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 cases in each group.The self-care ability of the two groups was compared before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,thetotal scores of health knowledge level,self-care skills and self-care ability of the experimental group were betterthan those of the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no difference in the scores of self-concept andself-care responsibility between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying the transtheoretical model for health education in patients with stage 2-4 diabetic nephropathy improves their self-care ability,behavior and the quality of life.
