以“获得电力”指标的优化提升为抓手,结合综合能源建设工作的契机,从服务模式、管理模式、技术支撑三方面进行创新突破,打通与发电、售电的数据及业务壁垒,强化内外部数据贯通;建立内部高效协同机制,确保业务高效运作,打造“强大后端”,持续提升公司优质服务能力,为发电企业、售电公司、电力用户等各类市场主体提供优质服务,不断推动发电、售电、用电三个层面的融合。
