摘要
由于技术手段存在的一些不足,目前对郊区公路交通现状的掌握也一直存在局限,影响管理与服务水平的进一步提高。从郊区公路路网模型构建、数据提取与预处理、停留点识别、出行轨迹识别、流量与速度获取、营运或非营运交通识别等环节,提出基于手机信令数据进行郊区公路交通状态分析的全流程技术路线,采用DBSCAN聚类算法、地图API工具等技术手段加以实现。对北京市怀柔区郊区公路进行实例分析,得到研究区域内各等级道路的全天候流量、不均衡系数、速度变化等特征,并根据相关规范进行公路服务水平评价,为我国郊区公路的交通状态研究补充数据资料。
Due to the lack of technical means,the mastery of suburban road traffic situation has been limited for a long time,which affects the further improvement of management and service level.From the aspects of highway network model construction,data extraction and preprocessing,stay point and travel route identification,flow and speed acquisition,traffic mode identification,this paper proposes a method for suburban highways traffic status analysis based on mobile signaling data,which is implemented by DBSCAN clustering algorithm,map API tools and other technical means.Taking Huairou District as an example,the paper analyzes the all-weather flow,non-equilibrium factor and velocity variation characteristics of the whole road network and roads of different grades.The service level is also evaluated according to the relevant standards.The analysis result supplements the data foundation for the study of suburban highway traffic status in China.
