摘要
深水低温是深水固井面临的最直接的难题。文章以偏高岭土为增强剂,探究了其在低温条件下对水泥浆强度的增强效果以及对水泥浆初终凝时间、流动度、体积变化率等性能的影响规律。结果表明,在10℃条件下,G级水泥中加入15%偏高岭土,24 h抗压强度可提高71.9%,48 h抗压强度可提高38.9%。
Low temperature is one of the most immediate challenges facing deep water cementing.In this paper,metakaolin was used as a reinforcing agent to explore its effect on the strength of cement under low temperature conditions and its influence on the initial and final setting time,fluidity,volume change rate and other properties of cement slurry.The results showed that adding 15%metakaolin to grade G cement can increase the compressive strength of 71.9%in 24 hours and 38.9%in 48 hours under the condition of 10℃.
