摘要
海上采油平台需要对生产水进行多级处理,需添加多种化学药剂使得生产水达到合格标准,为了得到达标的生产水、优化生产水处理流程及实现降本增效目的,某海上油田在分析现状的基础上,通过对比方法得到主控药剂,进而对主控药剂进行多方面分析确定影响其使用量的主控因素,并制定相应改善优化措施,实现化学药剂使用量降低率为8.9%,大幅度节约了采油成本,可推广到其他海上采油平台对生产水化学药剂使用量进行优化。
