摘要
海洋石油设备是海洋开发中的重要设备,体现了一国的综合经济技术实力。海洋采油厂工程是一项专业性强,风险大的大型工程。船用装备建设项目包括可行性研究、设计、图样会审、采购、施工、试车和生产运行等阶段。综合了通用、钻井、结构、设备、海洋技术、电气工程等学科,形成了具有代表性的大型网络管理对象。海洋石油设备是海上作业人员的生存基础。如何保证海上石油设施的高质量生产成为国内外建筑企业共同关注的问题。因此,有必要研究一种适当的质量控制系统。
Offshore oil equipment is an important equipment in marine development,which reflects the comprehensive economic and technological strength of a country.The offshore oil production plant project is a large-scale project with strong specialty and high risk.The construction project of marine equipment includes the stages of feasibility study,design,drawing examination,purchase,construction,commissioning and production operation.Integrated General,drilling,structure,equipment,marine technology,electrical engineering and other disciplines,forming a representative of large-scale network management objects.Offshore oil equipment is the basis for the survival of operators at sea.How to ensure the high-quality production of offshore oil facilities has become a common concern of domestic and foreign construction enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to study an appropriate quality control system.
