溶胶法微粒自组装可控合成菱形银颗粒

Controllable synthesis of rhombic silver particles by cell self-assembling in gel solution

摘要 采用溶胶法,在室温条件下较为粘稠的含银琼脂溶胶中合成具有菱形结构的银颗粒。结果表明,在黏度相近的PVA及琼脂糖溶胶中,也能产生形貌相似的菱形银颗粒结构。对菱形银颗粒形貌和结构的演化过程进行研究,表明该菱形结构是由溶胶溶液中初始生成的纳米银微粒单元自组装聚集生成。该方法简单易行,对可控合成特定形貌的晶体结构具有重要借鉴意义。 Rhombic silver particles were synthetized by employing a thick agar gel as the solution medium mixed with silver at room temperature.Silver particles with similar rhombic shape are generated in other gels,such as agarose and PVA,at similar viscosity level.The time dependent characterization of samples indicates that the rhombic silver particles are built up by the self-assembly of primary nano Ag cells generated in the gel solution.This tactic gives us an easy way to the crystal structure development of aggregation and assembly,which was underestimated previously.
