摘要
目的探讨穿刺法联合全身用药治疗巴氏腺囊(脓)肿的疗效。方法选择2018年2月-2020年2月我院收治的40例巴氏腺囊(脓)肿患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各20例。治疗组行穿刺法联合全身用药治疗,对照组行传统巴氏腺切除及造口术治疗。比较两组临床疗效、围术期相关指标、生活质量、性生活质量、复发情况。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为100.00%,较对照组的70.00%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组手术时间较对照组短,术中出血量和术后疼痛程度较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组术后6个月生活质量、性生活质量评分较术前明显升高,且治疗组生活质量、性生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗组术后复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穿刺法联合全身用药治疗巴氏腺囊(脓)肿具有创伤小、疼痛轻微等优点,能够有效改善患者临床症状,提高生活质量和性生活质量,降低复发率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of puncture combined with systemic medication in the treatment of Bartholin’s cyst(abscess).Methods From February 2018 to February 2020,40 patients with barren cyst(abscess)were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table,with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group received puncture combined with systemic medication,and the control group received traditional Pasteurectomy and ostomy.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indicators,quality of life,quality of sexual life and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 100.00%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative pain were higher than those of the control group.The group is low,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life and quality of sexual life scores of the two groups at 6 months after surgery were significantly higher than those before the operation,and the quality of life and quality of sexual life scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The puncture method combined with systemic medication for the treatment of Barren cyst(abscess)has the advantages of less trauma and mild pain.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life and sexual life,and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
