摘要
随着恶性肿瘤的发病率逐年升高,姑息治疗的诊疗模式在全世界医学领域不断发展并获得认可,已成为目前肿瘤学术界的研究热门之一。本文从生命伦理学的视角出发,通过解析姑息治疗的积极效果,倡导应用姑息治疗并以患者为中心开展临终关怀,在提升临床成本利用率的同时,尽早开始姑息治疗,强化恶性肿瘤患者晚期生存质量的提升,体现生命的庄重与最终价值。现代姑息治疗在强调整体干预的同时,也需要应对全球老龄化趋势下的姑息治疗压力;我国也需要发展祖国特色传统医学,发展新时期绿色养老融合研究,把握住现代生物科技、人工智能和机器人等技术的发展机遇,开展现代肿瘤学和姑息治疗相结合的随机临床试验。
Along with the rising incidence of malignant tumors year after year,the diagnosis and treatment mode of palliative treatment has been developing and gaining recognition in the medical field worldwide and has become one of the hot research topics in the oncology academic circle.From the perspective of bioethics,this paper advocates to apply palliative treatment and conduct palliative care with the patients as the center through analyzing the positive effects of palliative care.It suggests starting the palliative treatment at the earliest while improving clinical cost use ratio,strengthening the improvement of life quality of patients with advanced malignant tumors for reflecting the solemnness and ultimate value of life.While emphasizing holistic intervention,modern palliative treatment also needs to deal with the pressure of palliative treatment under the trend of global aging.China also needs to develop traditional medicine with Chinese characteristics,develop green old-age care integration research in the new era,seize the development opportunities of modern biotechnology,artificial intelligence,robotics and other technologies and carry out randomized clinical trials combining modern oncology and palliative treatment.
