摘要
目的探讨6A护理模式在提升CT增强扫描检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~12月江西省妇幼保健院进行CT增强扫描的430例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各215例。对照组采用常规护理措施,实验组在此基础上应用6A护理模式,比较两组干预后的不良反应总发生率、焦虑症状、护理满意度。结果护理后,实验组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在服务态度、服务措施、专业技术、工作流程、候检时间、健康教育方面的满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论6A护理模式降低CT增强扫描检查患者不良反应发生,改善患者的焦虑症状和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of 6A nursing mode in improving patients with enhanced CT scan.Methods A total of 430 patients who underwent enhanced CT scan in Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,215 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional nursing measure was adopted,and in the experimental group,the 6A nursing model on this basis was adopted.The total incidence of adverse reactions,anxiety symptoms,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups after intervention were compared.Results After nursing,the total incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,patients′total satisfaction on service attitude,service measures,professional skills,work flow,waiting time,and health education was better than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6A nursing mode reduces the incidence of adverse reactions in patients undergoing enhanced CT scanning,and improves anxiety symptoms and nursing satisfaction.
