摘要
实行学分制是高职院校人才培养模式以及教学管理的重要改革。但目前高职院校学分制教学管理实施效果并不理想,受到学校教学软硬件资源、师资、课程、生源等多方面因素的制约。为了提升教学管理实效性,必须对这些制约因素进行深入的研究改革,去其糟粕,存其精华。通过完善师资队伍、改善学校办学条件、更新教学管理观念等途径,为学分制的有效实施创造良好的条件。就高职院校实施学分制教学管理的必要性及暴露出来的问题和不足进行概括,并提出解决问题的具体对策。
Credit system is an important reform of talent training mode and teaching management in higher vocational colleges.However,at present,the implementation effect of credit system teaching management in higher vocational colleges is not ideal,which is restricted by many factors,such as teaching software and hardware resources,teachers,courses,students and so on.In order to enhance the effectiveness of teaching management,we must carry out in-depth research and reform on these constraints and remove the dross and retain its essence.Through the improvement of the teaching staff,the improvement of school running conditions,the renewal of teaching management concepts and other ways to create good conditions for the effective implementation of the credit system.This paper summarizes the necessity of implementing credit system teaching management in higher vocational colleges and the problems and shortcomings exposed,and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems.
