摘要
随着摄影测量与遥感对地观测技术的快速发展,数据获取与生产越来越简单,快速准确的变化检测得到变化率和变化图斑,对于维护数据时效性有重要意义。本文通过实验总结出了一种采用两期机载LiDAR点云数据,快速检测城区地表变化的技术方法:首先对机载LiDAR点云进行坐标转换配准等数据预处理后,先将数据分类,然后利用分层聚类差值法进行变化检测得到变化区域,最后对变化结果进行分析。经实践证明该方法变化检测准确率达到83%,节约了38%的人工工作量,是一种有效的城区地表变化检测方法。
With the rapid development of photogrammetry and remote sensing earth observation technology,the speed of data acquisition and production is getting faster and faster,it is very important to find and update the changing area quickly in order to maintain the timeliness of data.In the process of urban basic geographic information data updating,the results of urban surface macroscopical change detection play an important role in the follow-up updating scheme.In this paper,a method is designed to detect the change of urban land surface using two-phase airborne LiDAR point cloud data.First,according to the characteristic of Airborne LiDAR point cloud data,the data is sorted after data pre-processing like coordinate transformation and registration,and then the change region is detected by hierarchical clustering difference method,and finally the change result is analyzed.It is proved by practice that this method is accurate,reliable and highly automatic,and it is an effective method for detecting surface change in urban areas.
