摘要
目的调查湘西地区某高校大学生手机依赖现状及其影响因素,并针对性提出干预措施。方法于2019年3月~6月采用自制问卷和参考Leung编制的手机依赖成瘾指数量表(MPAI)调查湘西地区某地方综合性大学1064名学生的手机依赖现状。结果该校大学生手机依赖检出率为68.80%,学生MPAI量表调查得分(46.64±11.15)分;调查对象主要在初中和高中拥有手机并能自主使用,其中1500~3000元、使用3~5部手机的情况较多见;主要在空闲时间使用手机,课程无聊及课堂学习需要是上课使用手机的主要原因;不同性别、专业、套餐费用的学生手机依赖得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析显示,性别、专业、套餐费用为手机依赖的独立影响因素。结论手机依赖现象在大学生群体中发生率较高,其中女生、自然生命科学与医学类以及社会科学与管理学类、套餐费用在20元以上者为手机高依赖人群。
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of mobile phone dependence among college students in a university in western Hunan,and to propose targeted intervention measures.Methods From March to June 2019,a self-made questionnaire and reference to the mobile phone dependence addiction index(MPAI)compiled by Leung were used to investigate the current status of mobile phone dependence of 1,064 students from a comprehensive university in Xiangxi.Results The detection rate of mobile phone dependence among college students was 68.80%,and the students'MPAI scale adjustment score was(46.64±11.15);The survey respondents mainly own mobile phones in junior and senior high schools and can use them autonomously.Among them,1500~3000 yuan and 3~5 mobile phones were more common;Mobile phones were mainly used in free time.Boring courses and learning needs were the main reasons for using mobile phones in class;students of different genders,majors,and package fees rely on mobile phone score comparisons,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,major,and package cost are independent influencing factors of mobile phone dependence.Conclusion The phenomenon of mobile phone dependence has a higher incidence among college students.Among them,female students,natural life sciences and medical sciences,social sciences and management,and package fees of more than 20 yuan are highly dependent on mobile phones.
