摘要
基于满足实时态势感知、可靠信息传输、高效指挥控制、精确协同压制和快速维权评估的海警信息化指挥结构设计思路,从支援保障和联合维权两个方面出发,设计海警信息化指挥结构,充分展示了太空信息在海上维权中的应用,为提升海上维权能力提供理论依据。
Based on the concepts of real-time situational awareness,reliable information transmission,efficient command and control,precise and coordinated suppression,and rapid assessment of rights protection,we designed a command structure based on the information technology of the Marine Police from the two aspects of support and support and joint protection of rights.It fully demonstrates the application of space information in maritime rights protection and provides a theoretical basis for enhancing maritime rights protection capabilities.
