摘要
目的:分析观察肺部感染性疾病患者经支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2018年7月~2019年7月来本院进行治疗的130例肺部感染性病症的患者,通过随机分组的方法分为观察组和对照组,两组患者同为65例。对照组患者实施常规的治疗方法,观察组则应用支气管镜肺泡灌洗的治疗手段进行治疗,对不同治疗手段所产生的效果进行比较。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为89.2%,高于对照组的64.6%,数据差异符合统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血气指标与Lac水平无明显区别(P>0.05),治疗后相关指标都得到了明显的改善,但是观察组的改善效果明显比对照组改善效果更优越,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:肺部感染性疾病患者经支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗可明显提高临床治疗效率,对改善血气指标具有显著效果,有利于提高患者预后。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of bronchoscopic alveolar lavage treatment in patients with pulmonary infectious diseases.Methods:130 patients were selected from patients with pulmonary infectious diseases who were admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table grouping method,and the number of patients in the control group and observation group was 65 cases.The patients in the control group were treated according to conventional methods,and the patients in the observation group were treated with bronchoscopic alveolar lavage.Analyze and compare the clinical effects of different treatments.Results:In the observation and analysis of the clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients,the control group was significantly different from the observation group,the observation group was 89.2%,higher than the control group of 64.6%,the data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between blood gas indexes and Lac levels.Compared with the patients before treatment,all indexes were significantly improved,and the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The data difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bronchoscopic alveolar lavage treatment of patients with pulmonary infectious diseases can significantly improve the clinical treatment efficiency,have a significant effect on improving blood gas indexes,and help to improve the prognosis of patients.
