摘要
目的:对宫腔压迫球囊治疗产后出血的临床应用情况进行分析研究。方法:选取2018年9月~2020年2月在本院分娩的产后出血患者82例,随机分为研究组和观察组各41例,研究组采用介入行腹主动脉球囊压迫或子宫动脉栓塞止血,观察组利用宫腔球囊压迫止血,对比两组患者的治疗情况。结果:对于患者的临床治疗效果,观察组患者的总治疗时间、操作时间、血红蛋白24h治疗后的情况明显好于研究组,组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于患者的预后情况,观察组患者的子宫动脉结扎率与止血率分别为82.3%、14.6%,明显高于研究组的24.4%、56.1%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产后出血患者进行宫腔压迫球囊治疗,其操作简单,治疗效果和预后效果明显,患者的产后出血量能够得到有效的控制,并且容易掌握,并发症少,价格低廉。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application of uterine cavity compression balloon for postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 82 patients with postpartum hemorrhage who gave birth in our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and observation group with 41 cases each.The study group used interventional abdominal aortic balloon compression or uterine artery embolization to stop bleeding.The observation group used uterine balloon compression to stop bleeding,and compared the treatment conditions of the two groups of patients.Results:For the clinical treatment effect of patients,the total treatment time,operation time,and hemoglobin of the observation group after 24h treatment were significantly better than those of the study group.The difference between the groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Regarding the prognosis of the patients,the uterine artery ligation rate and hemostasis rate of the observation group were 82.3%and 14.6%,which were significantly higher than the 24.4%and 56.1%of the study group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine compression balloon therapy for patients with postpartum hemorrhage has simple operation,obvious therapeutic and prognostic effects.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage can be effectively controlled,and it is easy to grasp,with fewer complications,and low price.
