摘要
通过总结分析医疗器械检验机构技术培训过程中存在的典型困难和不足,从培训制度的建设、全方位需求分析、培训的系统化实施、培训效果评估以及评估结果的应用等方面,对医疗器械检验机构技术培训体系构建进行分析探讨。
In this paper,the technical training system of medical devices test institutions was discussed,through analyze the typical shortage that exist in the process of training in medical devices test institutions,from the following aspects:build of training regulation,comprehensive analysis of training requirement,execution of training,evaluation of training effect and application of evaluate result.
