摘要
目的分析新生儿畸形耳廓进行非手术矫正和护理治疗后具体情况。方法选择我院于2019年10月-2020年11月内收治的62例新生儿耳廓畸形患者为研究对象,将所有患儿按照随机数表的方法,分为对照组(31例,进行常规护理)和观察组(31例,全面护理干预)。对两组患儿治疗护理后满意度、并发症情况进行对比分析。结果观察组患儿在治疗过程中进行全面护理干预后满意度明显高于对照组在治疗过程中进行常规护理后满意度,观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组并发症发生率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿耳廓畸形非手术矫正中采用全面护理干预能够提高患儿家属满意度,减少并发症发生率,临床效果较明显,因此值得推广采用。
Objective To analyze the specific situation of neonatal malformation auricle after non-surgical correction and nursing treatment.Methods 62 cases of neonatal auricular malformation in our hospital from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All the children were randomly divided into control group(31 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(31 cases,comprehensive nursing intervention).The satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The satisfaction of children in the observation group after comprehensive nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group after routine nursing care in the treatment process.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in non-surgical correction of neonatal auricle deformity can improve the satisfaction of family members of children,reduce the incidence of complications,the clinical effect is obvious,so it is worthy of promotion.
