摘要
为进一步增强煤层注水预润湿效果,在临矿集团田庄煤矿3701综采工作面实施煤层注水预润湿试验研究。根据测试煤层的生产工艺特点及不同配比表面活性剂润湿煤体特点确定注水试验方案。试验实测数据表明:改进渗透剂的注水方案润湿半径更大,可以进一步提升煤层预润湿范围,降低注水成本,应用效果较好。
In order to further enhance the pre wetting effect of coal seam water injection,the experimental study on pre wetting effect of coal seam water injection was carried out in the 3701 fully mechanized working face of Tianzhuang Coal Mine of Linyi Mining Group.According to the production process characteristics of the tested coal seam and the characteristics of the coal body wetted by surfactant with different proportions,the water injection test scheme is determined.The experimental data shows that the wetting radius of the improved water injection scheme is larger,which can further enhance the pre wetting range of coal seam,reduce the cost of water injection,and the application effect is better.
