摘要
极近距离遗留煤柱下方煤岩层受采动影响破坏严重,给下煤层开采带来困难。采用现场调研、理论分析和试验的方法,分析了极近距离遗留煤柱底板变形破坏机理,将底板岩层破坏区分为三个区域:主动应力Ⅰ区、过渡Ⅱ区以及被动应力Ⅲ区,基于此,开发了极近距离遗留煤柱下锚网索主动联合支护技术,现场矿压监测结果验证了技术参数的合理性。
The coal and rock strata under the extremely close left coal pillar are seriously damaged by mining,which brings difficulties to the mining of the lower coal seam.By means of field investigation,theoretical analysis and test,the deformation and failure mechanism of the floor of the extremely close coal pillar is analyzed.The failure area of the floor rock is divided into three areas:active stress zone I,transition zone II and passive stress zone III.Based on this,the active combined support technology of anchor,wire mesh and cable under the extremely close left coal pillar is developed,and the rationality of the technical parameters is verified by the on-site mine pressure monitoring results.
