摘要
能力验证是利用实验室间比对评价实验室校准或检测能力的重要手段。能力验证过程中正确且恰当的质量控制是确保能力验证检测结果准确性和有效性的关键。本文总结实验室历年参加国内外微生物能力验证的质量控制经验,为各企业微生物实验室提高检测能力和质控水平,缩小与国内外先进微生物检测机构的差距提供参考。
The ability verification is an important method to evaluate the calibration or testing ability of the laboratory by using the comparison between laboratories.The correct and proper quality control in the process of capability verification is the key to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the test results.This paper summarizes the experience of quality control of laboratories participating in the verification of microbial capability at home and abroad over the years,which provides reference for the improvement of the testing ability and quality control level of microbial laboratories in various enterprises and narrowing the gap between them and the advanced microbial testing institutions at home and abroad.
