核主泵机械密封辅助O形密封圈摩擦学特性实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 以核主泵用流体动压型机械密封第三级辅助O形密封圈为研究对象,利用UMT-3多功能摩擦磨损试验机测试其在干摩擦和脂润滑下的摩擦学特性,获得不同润滑工况下滑移速度与摩擦因数关系,同时评估了润滑脂的润滑效果。结果表明:干摩擦条件下,当往复位移固定不变时,频率对摩擦因数影响较小,当往复频率固定不变时,摩擦因数随往复位移增大而增大;当往复位移较小时,润滑脂减摩效果一般,当往复位移增大后,润滑脂润滑效果有所增强。为提高O形密封圈的使用寿命,减小插入件的磨损,应尽量减小泵主轴的轴向跳动,使密封圈接触界面处于黏着状态。 Taking the secondary O-ring of the hydrodynamic mechanical seal for nuclear main pumps as the research object,its tribological properties under dry friction and grease lubrication was tested by the UMT-3 tester.The relationship between the slip speed and the friction coefficient at different lubrication conditions was obtained.The lubrication effect of the grease was evaluated.The results show that when the reciprocating displacement is fixed,the reciprocating frequency has little effect on the friction coefficient under dry friction conditions,when the reciprocating frequency is fixed,the friction coefficient increases with the increasing of reciprocating displacement.When the reciprocating displacement is small,the grease has little effect on friction reducing,and when the reciprocating displacement is increased,the lubrication effect of the grease is enhanced.In order to improve the service life of the O-ring and reduce the wear of guide ring,the axial vibration of the pump shaft should be reduced as much as possible,so that the contact interface of the seal ring is in a sticky state.
