摘要
家庭医生是指以一个服务团队与居民以签约的服务协议为契约的一种形式,以自愿与引导为原则,从签约开始为家庭提供上门医护服务。服务团队由临床医生、公卫医生、护士、服务站全科医生以及二级综合医院的全科医生等组成,向居民开方提供包括基本公共卫生14大类55项为基础的医疗服务包式的服务。
Family doctor refers to a form of contract in which a service team signs a service agreement with residents.On the principle of voluntariness and guidance,they begin to provide on-site medical services for families from the signing of the contract.The service team consists of clinicians,public health doctors,nurses,general practitioners in service stations and general practitioners in secondary general hospitals,they provide basic public health services to residents including 14 categories and 55 items.
